Kuber Puja Vidhi for Wealth
कुबेर पूजा विधि
Lord Kubera — the treasurer of the gods and lord of wealth (Dhanadhipati) — is worshipped together with Goddess Lakshmi for prosperity, savings and financial stability. While Lakshmi grants the flow of wealth, Kubera guards and grows its store, so the two are invoked together — especially on Dhanteras, Diwali and Akshaya Tritiya. This is the complete step-by-step Kuber puja vidhi for the home.
Puja Samagri (Materials Required)
Step-by-Step Puja Vidhi
Snan & Shuddhi
Bathe and wear clean clothes. Clean the puja place (and the locker/safe), sprinkle Gangajal, and sit facing North — the direction Kubera governs.
Sthapana
Place the Kuber yantra/image with Goddess Lakshmi on a red cloth, and set the kalash, coins and your locker key or account book before them. Light the lamp.
Dhyana & Avahana
Invoke Lord Kubera and Lakshmi with akshata, meditating on Kubera the guardian of treasures who faces North.
Shodashopachar
Offer kumkum, akshata, yellow and red flowers, incense and the ghee lamp, then sweets, dry fruits and batasha as naivedya.
Kuber Mantra Japa
Chant the Kubera mantra "Om Yakshaya Kuberaya Vaishravanaya Dhanadhanyadhipataye Dhanadhanyasamriddhim Me Dehi Dapaya Svaha" 108 times, then recite the Lakshmi Chalisa and Sri Suktam.
Aarti
Perform the Lakshmi aarti "Om Jai Lakshmi Mata" with camphor. Keep a coin or the yantra in your locker as Kubera's blessing for the year.

Important Tips
Kubera governs the North — keep your safe/locker on the south wall opening toward the North, and worship facing North.
Always worship Kubera together with Lakshmi: Lakshmi brings wealth, Kubera preserves and multiplies it.
Dhanteras and Diwali are the prime days for Kuber-Lakshmi puja; Akshaya Tritiya and Fridays are also auspicious.
Place a Kuber yantra or a worshipped coin in your locker or cash box and renew the puja each Diwali.
