The Shiva Aparadha Kshamapana Stotram is traditionally ascribed to Adi Shankaracharya. A heartfelt prayer to Lord Shiva begging forgiveness for the faults and lapses of one’s worship and life — "O Shankara, consort of Parvati, in Your mercy protect me." Sung in surrender, it asks the Lord to overlook every offence (aparadha) and grant His grace.
