The Achyutashtakam is traditionally ascribed to Adi Shankaracharya. Eight verses to Achyuta — the imperishable Lord Vishnu/Krishna — by Adi Shankaracharya, a flowing garland of the Lord’s names: Achyuta, Kesava, Rama, Narayana, Krishna, Damodara and more.

It is said that to recite the Achyutashtakam with a sincere and devoted heart is to draw near to the grace of the Lord, who never forsakes those who lovingly call upon Him.
