ഏതെങ്കിലും വരിയിലോ ▶ ബട്ടണിലോ തൊട്ട് കേൾക്കൂ
അസ്യ ശ്രീബുധസ്തോത്രമഹാമന്ത്രസ്യ വസിഷ്ഠ ഋഷിഃ । അനുഷ്ടുപ്ഛന്ദഃ । ബുധോ ദേവതാ । ബുധപ്രീത്യര്ഥേ ജപേ വിനിയോഗഃ । ധ്യാനമ് । ഭുജൈശ്ചതുര്ഭിര്വരദാഭയാസിഗദം വഹന്തം സുമുഖം പ്രശാന്തമ് । പീതപ്രഭം ചന്ദ്രസുതം സുരേഢ്യം സിമ്ഹേ നിഷണ്ണം ബുധമാശ്രയാമി ॥ പീതാമ്ബരഃ പീതവപുഃ പീതധ്വജരഥസ്ഥിതഃ । പീയൂഷരശ്മിതനയഃ പാതു മാം സര്വദാ ബുധഃ ॥ ൧॥ സിംഹവാഹം സിദ്ധനുതം സൌമ്യം സൌമ്യഗുണാന്വിതമ് । സോമസൂനും സുരാരാധ്യം സര്വദം സൌമ്യമാശ്രയേ ॥ ൨॥ ബുധം ബുദ്ധിപ്രദാതാരം ബാണബാണാസനോജ്ജ്വലമ് । ഭദ്രപ്രദം ഭീതിഹരം ഭക്തപാലനമാശ്രയേ ॥ ൩॥ ആത്രേയഗോത്രസഞ്ജാതമാശ്രിതാര്തിനിവാരണമ് । ആദിതേയകുലാരാധ്യമാശുസിദ്ധിദമാശ്രയേ ॥ ൪॥ കലാനിധിതനൂജാതം കരുണാരസവാരിധിമ് । കല്യാണദായിനം നിത്യം കന്യാരാശ്യധിപം ഭജേ ॥ ൫॥ മന്ദസ്മിതമുഖാമ്ഭോജം മന്മഥായുതസുന്ദരമ് । മിഥുനാധീശമനഘം മൃഗാങ്കതനയം ഭജേ ॥ ൬॥ ചതുര്ഭുജം ചാരുരൂപം ചരാചരജഗത്പ്രഭുമ് । ചര്മഖഡ്ഗധരം വന്ദേ ചന്ദ്രഗ്രഹതനൂഭവമ് ॥ ൭॥ പഞ്ചാസ്യവാഹനഗതം പഞ്ചപാതകനാശനമ് । പീതഗന്ധം പീതമാല്യം ബുധം ബുധനുതം ഭജേ ॥ ൮॥ ബുധസ്തോത്രമിദം ഗുഹ്യം വസിഷ്ഠേനോദിതം പുരാ । യഃ പഠേച്ഛൃണൂയാദ്വാപി സര്വാഭീഷ്ടമവാപ്നുയാത് ॥ ൯॥ ഇതി ബുധസ്തോത്രം സമ്പൂര്ണമ് ।
asya śrībudhastotramahāmantrasya vasiṣṭha ṛṣiḥ | anuṣṭupchandaḥ | budho devatā | budhaprītyarthe jape viniyogaḥ | dhyānam | bhujaiścaturbhirvaradābhayāsigadaṃ vahantaṃ sumukhaṃ praśāntam | pītaprabhaṃ candrasutaṃ sureḍhyaṃ simhe niṣaṇṇaṃ budhamāśrayāmi || pītāmbaraḥ pītavapuḥ pītadhvajarathasthitaḥ | pīyūṣaraśmitanayaḥ pātu māṃ sarvadā budhaḥ || 1|| siṃhavāhaṃ siddhanutaṃ saumyaṃ saumyaguṇānvitam | somasūnuṃ surārādhyaṃ sarvadaṃ saumyamāśraye || 2|| budhaṃ buddhipradātāraṃ bāṇabāṇāsanojjvalam | bhadrapradaṃ bhītiharaṃ bhaktapālanamāśraye || 3|| ātreyagotrasañjātamāśritārtinivāraṇam | āditeyakulārādhyamāśusiddhidamāśraye || 4|| kalānidhitanūjātaṃ karuṇārasavāridhim | kalyāṇadāyinaṃ nityaṃ kanyārāśyadhipaṃ bhaje || 5|| mandasmitamukhāmbhojaṃ manmathāyutasundaram | mithunādhīśamanaghaṃ mṛgāṅkatanayaṃ bhaje || 6|| caturbhujaṃ cārurūpaṃ carācarajagatprabhum | carmakhaḍgadharaṃ vande candragrahatanūbhavam || 7|| pañcāsyavāhanagataṃ pañcapātakanāśanam | pītagandhaṃ pītamālyaṃ budhaṃ budhanutaṃ bhaje || 8|| budhastotramidaṃ guhyaṃ vasiṣṭhenoditaṃ purā | yaḥ paṭhecchṛṇūyādvāpi sarvābhīṣṭamavāpnuyāt || 9|| iti budhastotraṃ sampūrṇam |

Bathe and sit facing north before an image of the deity. Light a lamp and recite the Budh Stotram slowly and with devotion. It may be chanted daily, or especially on Wednesdays and during Wednesdays.
