bhavakāle nṛṇāṃ saiva lakṣmīrvṛddhipradā gṛhe saivābhāve tathālakṣmīrvināśāyopajāyate
Meaning
In (time of) prosperity she is the Lakshmi who bestows increase in the homes of men; and in (time of) misfortune she becomes Alakshmi, arising for (their) ruin.
