Transliteration

saiva kāle mahāmārī saiva sṛṣṭirbhavatyajā sthitiṃ karoti bhūtānāṃ saiva kāle sanātanī

Meaning

She herself, in (due) time, is the great pestilence; she herself is the unborn creation; and she herself, the eternal one, sustains beings in their time.
