gṛhītogramahācakre daṃṣṭroddhṛtavasundhare varāharūpiṇi śive nārāyaṇi namo'stu te

Meaning

O you who hold the terrible great discus, who lifted up the earth with your tusk, O auspicious one in the form of the Boar (Varahi), O Narayani, salutation be to you!
