śaṅkhacakragadāśārṅgagṛhītaparamāyudhe prasīda vaiṣṇavīrūpe nārāyaṇi namo'stu te

Meaning

O you who hold the supreme weapons — conch, discus, mace and the Sharnga bow — be gracious, O you in the form of Vaishnavi, O Narayani, salutation be to you!
