ગૌરીં કાઞ્ચનપદ્મિનીતટગૃહાં શ્રીસુન્દરેશપ્રિયાં નીપારણ્યસુવર્ણકન્દુકપરિક્રીડાવિલોલામિમામ્ । શ્રીમત્પાણ્ડ્યકુલાચલાગ્રવિલસદ્રત્નપ્રદીપાયિતાં મીનાક્ષીં મધુરેશ્વરીં શુકધરાં શ્રીપાણ્ડ્યબાલાં ભજે ॥ ૧॥ ગૌરીં વેદકદમ્બકાનનશુકીં શાસ્ત્રાટવીકેકિનીં વેદાન્તાખિલધર્મહેમનલિનીહંસીં શિવાં શામ્ભવીમ્ । ઓઙ્કારમ્બુજનીલમત્તમધુપાં મન્ત્રામ્રશાખામ્બિકાં મીનાક્ષીં મધુરેશ્વરીં શુકધરાં શ્રીપાણ્ડ્યબાલાં ભજે ॥ ૨॥ ગૌરીં નૂપુરશોભિતાઙ્ઘ્રિકમલાં તૂણોલ્લસજ્જઙ્ઘિકાં રત્નાદર્શસમાનજાનુયુગલાં રમ્ભાનિભોરૂદ્વયામ્ । કાઞ્ચીબદ્ધમનોજ્ઞપીનજઘનામાવર્તનાભીહૃદાં મીનાક્ષીં મધુરેશ્વરીં શુકધરાં શ્રીપાણ્ડ્યબાલાં ભજે ॥ ૩॥ ગૌરીં વ્યોમસમાનમધ્યમયુતામુત્તુઙ્ગવક્ષોરુહાં વીણામઞ્જુલશારીકાન્વિતકરાં શઙ્ખાભકણ્ઠોજ્જ્વલામ્ । રાકાચન્દ્રસમાનચારુવદનાં રોલમ્વનીલાલકાં મીનાક્ષીં મધુરેશ્વરીં શુકધરાં શ્રીપાણ્ડ્યબાલાં ભજે ॥ ૪॥ ગૌરીં મઞ્જુલમીનનેત્રયુગલાં કોદણ્ડસુભ્રૂલતાં બિમ્બોષ્ઠીં સ્મિતકુન્દદન્તરુચિરાં ચામ્પેયનાસોજ્જ્વલામ્ । અર્ધેન્દુપ્રતિબિમ્બફાલરુચિરામાદર્શગણ્ડસ્થલાં મીનાક્ષીં મધુરેશ્વરીં શુકધરાં શ્રીપાણ્ડ્યબાલાં ભજે ॥ ૫॥ ગૌરીં કુઙ્કુમપઙ્કલેપિતલસદ્વક્ષોજકુમ્ભોજ્જ્વલાં કસ્તૂરીતિલકાલકાં મલયજાં ગન્ધોલસત્કન્ધરામ્ । લાક્ષાકર્દમશોભિપાદયુગલાં સિન્દૂરસીમન્તિનીં મીનાક્ષીં મધુરેશ્વરીં શુકધરાં શ્રીપાણ્ડ્યબાલાં ભજે ॥ ૬॥ ગૌરીં ચમ્પકમલ્લિકાસુકુસુમૈઃ પુન્નાગસૌગન્ધિકા- દ્રોણેન્દીવરકુન્દજાતિવકુલૈરાબદ્ધચૂલીયુતામ્ । મન્દારારુણપદ્મકેતકદલશ્રેણીલસદ્વેણિકાં મીનાક્ષીં મધુરેશ્વરીં શુકધરાં શ્રીપાણ્ડ્યબાલાં ભજે ॥ ૭॥ ॥ ઇતિ શ્રીમીનાક્ષીસ્તોત્રં સમ્પૂર્ણમ્ ॥
