The Chandramaulisha Stotram is traditionally ascribed to Bharati Tirtha. A hymn to Chandramaulisha — Lord Shiva who wears the crescent moon upon His crown — adoring the three-eyed Lord, consort of Uma, the giver of refuge and liberation.

श्रीगणेशाय नमः ओङ्कारजपरतानामोङ्कारार्थं मुदा विवृण्वानम् ओजःप्रदं नतेभ्यस्तमहं प्रणमामि चद्रमौलीशम् १॥ नम्रसुरासुरनिकरं नलिनाहङ्कारहारिपदयुगलम् नमदिष्टदानधीरं सततं प्रणमामि चन्द्रमौलीशम् २॥ मननाद्यत्पदयोः खलु महतीं सिद्धिं जवात्प्रपद्यन्ते मन्देतरलक्ष्मीप्रदमनिशं प्रणमामि चद्रमौलीशम् ३॥ शितिकण्ठमिन्दुदिनकरशुचिलोचनमम्बुजाक्षविधिसेव्यम् नतमतिदानधुरीणं सततं प्रणमामि चद्रमौलीशम् ४॥ वाचो विनिवर्तते यस्मादप्राप्य सह हृदैवेति गीयन्ते श्रुतिततिभिस्तमहं प्रणमामि चद्रमौलीशम् ५॥ यच्छन्ति यत्पदाम्बुजभक्ताः कुतुकात्स्वभक्तेभ्यः सर्वानपि पुरुषार्थांस्तमहं प्रणमामि चद्रमौलीशम् ६॥ पञ्चाक्षरमनुवर्णैरादौ कॢप्तां स्तुतिं पठन्नेनाम् प्राप्य दृढां शिवभक्तिं भुक्त्वा भोगाँल्लभेत मुक्तिमपि ७॥ इति शृङ्गेरि श्रीजगद्गुरु श्रीसच्चिदानन्दशिवाभिनवनृसिंह- भारतीस्वामिभिः विरचितं श्रीचन्द्रमौलीशस्तोत्रं सम्पूर्णम्
