devyuvāca vaivasvate'ntare prāpte aṣṭāviṃśatime yuge śumbho niśumbhaścaivānyāvutpatsyete mahāsurau

Meaning

(The Devi said:) 'When the twenty-eighth age is reached in the Vaivasvata Manvantara, two other great asuras, Shumbha and Nishumbha, shall be born.
