etatte vadanaṃ saumyaṃ locanatrayabhūṣitam pātu naḥ sarvabhūtebhyaḥ kātyāyani namo'stu te

Meaning

May this benign face of yours, adorned with three eyes, protect us from all (fears); O Katyayani, salutation be to you!
