Lord Jagannath — the "Lord of the Universe" — is the most beloved form of Sri Krishna (Vishnu), worshipped at Puri with his brother Balabhadra and sister Subhadra. Yes. Lord Jagannath is a form of Sri Krishna (Vishnu), worshipped at the Puri temple in Odisha along with Balabhadra and Subhadra. He is therefore worshipped with the Krishna and Vishnu mantras and the Hare Krishna Mahamantra.
