ityājñāpyāsurapatiḥ śumbho bhairavaśāsanaḥ nirjagāma mahāsainyasahasrairbahubhirvṛtaḥ

Meaning

Having thus commanded, Shumbha, the lord of the asuras, of terrible rule, went forth surrounded by many thousands of great armies.
