tasyāhatasya bahudhā śaktiśūlādibhirbhuvi papāta yo vai raktaughastenāsañchataśo'surāḥ

Meaning

From the stream of blood that fell to the ground from him, struck in many places by spears, pikes and the rest, hundreds of asuras came into being.
