Transliteration

caṇḍāṭṭahāsairasurāḥ śivadūtyabhidūṣitāḥ petuḥ pṛthivyāṃ patitāṃstāṃścakhādātha sā tadā

Meaning

The asuras, deranged by the fierce loud laughter (attahasa) of Shivaduti, fell upon the earth; and she then devoured those fallen ones.
