Transliteration

yato niyukto dautyena tayā devyā śivaḥ svayam śivadūtīti loke'smiṃstataḥ sā khyātimāgatā

Meaning

Because Shiva himself was appointed by that Devi as a messenger (duta), she therefore became renowned in this world as Shivaduti.
