Transliteration

sā cāha dhūmrajaṭilamīśānamaparājitā dūta tvaṃ gaccha bhagavan pārśvaṃ śumbhaniśumbhayoḥ

Meaning

And she, the unconquered one, said to Ishana (Shiva) of smoke-coloured matted locks: 'Go, O Lord, as a messenger, to the side of Shumbha and Nishumbha.
