Transliteration

yajñavārāhamatulaṃ rūpaṃ yā bibhrato hareḥ śaktiḥ sāpyāyayau tatra vārāhīṃ bibhratī tanum

Meaning

The shakti of Hari (Vishnu) who bears the matchless form of the Sacrificial Boar (Yajna-Varaha) also came there, bearing the body of Varahi.
