Transliteration

brahmeśaguhaviṣṇūnāṃ tathendrasya ca śaktayaḥ śarīrebhyo viniṣkramya tadrūpaiścaṇḍikāṃ yayuḥ

Meaning

the shaktis of Brahma, Shiva (Isha), Kartikeya (Guha), Vishnu and Indra issued forth from their bodies in their (own) forms and went to Chandika.
