Transliteration

śarīrakośādyattasyāḥ pārvatyā niḥsṛtāmbikā kauśikīti samasteṣu tato lokeṣu gīyate

Meaning

Because Ambika came forth from the bodily sheath (kosha) of Parvati, she is therefore sung in all the worlds as Kaushiki.
