इन्द्रियाणामधिष्ठात्री भूतानां चाखिलेषु या भूतेषु सततं तस्यै व्याप्त्यै देव्यै नमो नमः

Transliteration

indriyāṇāmadhiṣṭhātrī bhūtānāṃ cākhileṣu yā bhūteṣu satataṃ tasyai vyāptyai devyai namo namaḥ

Meaning

To that Devi who is the presiding power over the senses of all beings, and who is ever the all-pervading one (Vyapti) among all the elements — salutation to her, salutation.
