Transliteration

bhruvau ca sandhyayostejaḥ śravaṇāvanilasya ca anyeṣāṃ caiva devānāṃ sambhavastejasāṃ śivā

Meaning

her two eyebrows from the radiance of the two twilights (Sandhyas), her ears from Vayu's; and the rising of the radiances of the other gods too was for the world's welfare.
