Transliteration

oṃ ṛṣiruvāca niśumbhaṃ nihataṃ dṛṣṭvā bhrātaraṃ prāṇasammitam hanyamānaṃ balaṃ caiva śumbhaḥ kruddho'bravīdvacaḥ

Meaning

(Om. The Rishi said:) Seeing his brother Nishumbha, dear to him as his own life, slain, and his army being destroyed, Shumbha, enraged, spoke these words:
