amātyairbalibhirduṣṭairdurbalasya durātmabhiḥ kośo balaṃ cāpahṛtaṃ tatrāpi svapure tataḥ

Meaning

Even in his own city the now-weakened king had his treasury and army seized by his own powerful, wicked and evil-minded ministers.
