Transliteration

tvameva sandhyā sāvitrī tvaṃ devi jananī parā tvayaitaddhāryate viśvaṃ tvayaitat sṛjyate jagat

Meaning

the eternal half-matra that cannot be separately uttered. You yourself are the Sandhya, the Savitri, the supreme Mother of the gods, O Goddess.
